Clients are required to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Appointments will only be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. If a client arrives after the 15-minute window, the service will only be provided if the artist is available. In such cases, there will be no refund for any missed time. In the event a client does not show up for their appointment, a fee will be charged as per the no-show policy.
Policies
Clients may cancel their appointments without penalty if they do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.
The darkness of Henna and Jagua designs can vary due to individual skin chemistry, placement, and aftercare practices. If the color does not darken within 24-48 hours, clients may reach out and provide a clear picture as proof.
No refund will be provided if the design appears smeared or messy, as this is typically a result of improper aftercare. If the design remains intact but the color does not develop as expected, a partial or full refund (ranging from 50% to 100%) may be issued at the artist's discretion, based on the specific circumstances.
Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided to all clients to ensure the best results. It is the client’s responsibility to follow these instructions. The artist is not liable for results affected by factors such as exposure to water, friction, or the use of incompatible products on the design.
The artist will ensure all designs are completed as per the client’s request. Any dissatisfaction with the design must be communicated before leaving the appointment. Once the client leaves the appointment, it is assumed they are satisfied with the service provided.
Clients with sensitive skin, allergies, or other skin conditions must inform the artist prior to the appointment. Henna and Jagua products used are natural and tested; however, the artist is not responsible for any allergic reactions. A patch test is available upon request.
